Built around the chair, not around a spreadsheet.
Colour timings, double-booking around processing, stylist columns, retail on the same ticket, and a client card that remembers the formula. IMFlow360 runs a hair salon the way a hair salon runs.
The full client visit, connected.

Rebooking nudge at the right interval for that service.
Column utilisation, retail attach and stylist performance.
What a hair salon actually needs.
Not a generic booking app with a haircut icon on it.
Stylist columns
A column per stylist, with processing time visible so a second client can fit inside a colour.
Formula and notes
Colour formula, developer, timings and photos held on the client card between visits.
Service durations
Real durations per service and per stylist, so the diary reflects how long the work takes.
Retail on the ticket
Shampoo, serum and tools sold at checkout against the same sale and the same stock.
Packages and memberships
Prepaid blow-dry packages and colour plans, with balances the front desk can see.
Revenue per stylist

What changes in the first month.

Questions from businesses like yours.
What owners ask before they move a live business onto a new platform.
Can I book another client while a colour is processing?
Yes. Double-booking is allowed by default in IMFlow360, so reception can book a second client with the same stylist during the processing time. The colour service still holds its full length in the diary; processing time isn't freed up automatically.
How does IMFlow360 track each stylist's sales?
Every service and product on a bill is linked to the staff member who performed or sold it, so sales-by-staff reports come straight from the till. Tips are recorded per staff member too.
Can hair salon clients book online?
Yes. Clients book through IMBeautyGlow, choosing a service and a time, and the booking appears in your IMFlow360 diary. If you switch on online payment they pay in full through PayFast; otherwise they pay at the salon. Changes and cancellations are handled by your team for now.
Can I sell retail products on the same bill as a service?
Yes. Products and services go on one bill in IMFlow360, each linked to the right staff member, and tracked stock comes off once the sale reaches your dashboard.
The floor, by stylist
A column per stylist, colour and cut blocks placed by their real duration, and the hours the salon is open — the view the desk books from.
