Yes. Each IMFlow360 booking assigns a therapist and a room or seat, and each guest can have their own therapist. The till warns if a seat is already taken; online and front-desk bookings check the therapist only, and shared equipment isn't booked separately.
Does IMFlow360 handle couples and group spa bookings?
Yes. One booking can hold several guests, each with their own services, therapist and share of the bill, and guests can share a room.
How do spa packages work in IMFlow360?
Sell a package of sessions at one price with an expiry date, on the till or online through IMBeautyGlow. IMFlow360 records the purchase, but it doesn't count down sessions yet, so your team tracks how many are left.
Can I keep allergy and preference notes for spa clients?
Yes. Allergies and preferences are saved on the client's IMFlow360 profile and show at every till in the business, including for online bookings. Notes typed in the till's notes field stay on that till.
