Every payment, recorded the way it was taken

Money arrives in more than one way: cash at the counter, a card on your own machine, a wallet, a deposit when the booking was made. IMFlow360 records each one against the order it belongs to, so the till knows what is actually paid and the drawer reconciles at close.

What it does

Recorded at the counter, reconciled at close

The till records how each customer paid. It does not process cards itself — the money moves on your own terminal or through PayFast, and IMFlow360 keeps the record straight.

Every tender is its own line

Cash, and card or wallet payments taken on your own terminal, are each recorded against the order as their own line — so the till reads paid from what has actually been collected, not from what was expected.

A deposit now, the balance later

Because payments are lines on the order, an order can carry a deposit taken at booking and the balance paid at the counter, and the till shows what is still outstanding.

Online payment at booking, where switched on

If you switch on online payment, customers pay the full amount at checkout on IMBeautyGlow through PayFast — cards and wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa — and the booking or order arrives on the IMFlow360 till already marked paid. Otherwise it is paid at the counter, like one made in person.

Payments keep recording offline

Recording a payment needs no call to our servers: it is written to the terminal first and sent up afterwards. Every record carries its own identifier, so a retry can never double-post a payment.

Split the bill

A table can split by guest, equally, or by amounts you choose, with each payment recorded against the order — so part can be paid in cash and part by card. Splitting by individual item is not available yet.

Tips, recorded per person

A tip left on the customer display goes onto the order and into that day's figures. Tips are shared equally among the tip-eligible staff who served the client, staff can set each person's share at the till, and every tip is recorded per staff member and reported separately.

Refunds that leave a trail

Refunds can only be done by a manager or the owner, always need a reason, and are recorded as a reversal against the order so the original sale stays on record. They work offline once the till has been online at least once.

A double-taken payment is raised, not hidden

If two counters manage to take the same payment, that is recorded and raised on screen for a person to settle — the software will not quietly reverse money on its own.

The day closes on counted cash

Cash goes in and out during the day against a reason, and at close the drawer is counted against the expected figure with the variance shown. Each counter can report its own takings, outstanding balances and payment mix, even with the connection down.

What it does not do

Worth knowing before a demo rather than after one.

  • The till does not process cards. A card or wallet payment taken on your own machine is recorded against the order so the day reconciles; the money never touches this software.
  • Online payment is IMBeautyGlow checkout through PayFast, for the full amount, and only where it is switched on for your business.
  • No gift cards or store credit. A refund is cash or a recorded reversal against the order; there is nothing to refund onto.
  • Refunds are handled at the counter, not online, and a refund does not restock automatically — the item goes back by an adjustment in the back office.
  • Splitting a bill by individual item is not available yet.
FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

The answers a decision-maker needs before booking a demo.

Does IMFlow360 process card payments?

No. The till does not process cards. A card or wallet payment taken on your own machine is recorded against the order so the day reconciles; the money never touches this software.

If a client pays online when booking, does the till show it as paid?

Yes, when online payment is switched on. A booking paid through IMBeautyGlow via PayFast arrives at the IMFlow360 till already marked paid. Otherwise the booking is paid at the counter, like one made in person.

How are online orders paid for?

If you switch on online payment, customers pay the full amount at checkout on IMBeautyGlow through PayFast (cards and wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa), and the paid order is confirmed and sent to your till. Otherwise orders are paid on collection or delivery. Refunds are handled at the counter, not online.

How does a table split the bill in IMFlow360?

By guest, equally, or by amounts you choose, with each payment recorded against the order, so a table can pay part in cash and part by card. Splitting by individual item isn't available yet.

How does IMFlow360 handle tips?

Tips added on the customer display are shared equally among the tip-eligible staff who served the client, and at the till staff can set each person's share. Every tip is recorded per staff member on each order and reported separately; tips aren't added to payroll.

Does a refund need a manager, and does it put the item back in stock?

Refunds can only be done by a manager or the owner, always need a reason, and are recorded as a reversal so the original sale stays on record. A refund doesn't return the item to stock; add it back with a stock adjustment in the dashboard.
