Customers

A customer here is one row, not five disconnected lists — what they bought, what they're allergic to, and what they thought of the visit all sit against the same record.

One profile, not a folder per module

Everything below reads the same customer record — the counter, the booking flow and the accounts module all point at one row.

One customer record across the business

Orders, invoices, credit notes and payments received all hang off the same customer — not five separate lists that happen to share a name.

Allergies and preferences that travel with the guest

A real tag pipeline — parsed, deduplicated, merged — so a note added at one visit is still there at the next, rather than a free-text field nobody reads twice.

Ratings kept against the visit

A star rating for the business and, separately, for the specific person who served them — recorded against the order itself, not a survey link nobody opens.

Wishlist and saved salons

A customer can favourite a product or save a salon on IMBeautyGlow, and it stays saved against their account.

Group customers your own way

A genuine many-to-many grouping for targeting or reporting — manually managed, so you decide who is in a group rather than a rule guessing for you.

No invented loyalty balance

Said plainly because the alternative is worse: there is no points or rewards module yet, and the account data reports the balance as unavailable rather than fabricating a figure — never a number that was never earned.

Questions people actually ask.

The answers a decision-maker needs before booking a demo.

Does IMFlow360 include a customer database (CRM)?

Yes. Every client has one IMFlow360 profile with their visit and order history, allergies and preferences, ratings, saved favourites and groups — shared by the till, the diary and your dashboard. If you also want to track sales leads and deals, the IMFlow360 CRM is available as a separate subscription.

Does IMFlow360 offer loyalty points or rewards?

Not yet. IMFlow360 doesn't run loyalty points, rewards or membership tiers today. To reward regular clients, you can sell prepaid packages of sessions or create offers and coupon codes instead.

Can I add notes to a client's profile?

Yes, on the IMFlow360 till. IMFlow360 keeps each client's allergies and preferences on their profile for every visit, and the till has a notes field for each client. Notes typed on a till are kept on that till.

Can IMFlow360 send marketing messages to clients automatically?

Not yet. IMFlow360 doesn't send campaigns or automatic messages based on a client's history, and it has no SMS or WhatsApp sending. The only automatic messages are appointment reminders and thank-you emails. You can group clients in IMFlow360 and contact them through your own channels.

Can I group my clients in IMFlow360?

Yes. You can create your own client groups — for example regulars, bridal clients or corporate accounts — and add a client to as many groups as you like. Groups are lists you manage yourself; IMFlow360 doesn't sort clients into them automatically.

Are client allergies and preferences saved for the next visit?

Yes. Allergies and preferences recorded at the till are saved on the client's IMFlow360 profile, so they're there at the next visit on any till in the business. Updating them at a later visit replaces the saved list, and details given in online bookings are added to it.

One customer record. Every module reads the same one.

We will show you the module on a real dataset and tell you plainly what it does not do yet. Email sales@imflow360.com or book a walkthrough.
