These are website terms, not a software agreement

Nothing here is the agreement under which IMFlow360 is supplied. If you subscribe to the product, that is a separate written agreement covering licensing, support, fees and your data — and where the two differ, that agreement wins. Nothing on this website varies it.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Innovation M Services (Private) Limited, trading as IMFlow360 — a company incorporated in Pakistan, registered office 258 K-3, Wapda Town, Lahore, Pakistan.

2. What this site is for

It describes what IMFlow360 does and gives you a way to get in touch. Everything on it is general information about the product.

It is not advice, and it is not an offer that you can accept. Reading these pages or sending an enquiry does not create a contract between us for anything.

3. Prices and what the product does

The figures on our pricing page are starting prices for the package described, not a quotation for your business — the final price depends on your branches, tills, users and the setup work involved. Beyond those figures, no plan or capability discussed with you is fixed by anything you read here. What we will supply, and for how much, is set out in a written quotation and the agreement that follows it.

The product develops. Capabilities described on this site may change, and a page that has not caught up is not a promise.

4. Enquiries you send us

Please give us accurate details, and do not submit somebody else’s without their permission.

Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the enquiry form — it is a contact form, not a secure channel. Once we are in touch we can agree a better way to exchange anything that needs one.

We may decide not to respond to an enquiry, and we do not have to give a reason.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• try to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to this site or the servers behind it;
• submit the enquiry form automatically, or at a volume no person could type;
• copy the site systematically, or scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to send anything unlawful to us.

The enquiry form is rate-limited, and we may block traffic that abuses it.

6. Our content

The text, design, graphics and layout of this site, and the IMFlow360 name and logo, belong to Innovation M Services (Private) Limited or to its licensors.

You are welcome to read, print and share these pages while you are evaluating IMFlow360 for your own business. Republishing them, or using them commercially, needs our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

https://admin.imflow360.com is ours — it is where existing customers sign in. Any other site we link to is not under our control, and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

8. Availability, and no warranty

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that everything on it is complete and current at the moment you read it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

9. Our responsibility to you

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this website, from being unable to use it, or from relying on general information published here rather than on a written agreement with us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed — 28 October 2026.

11. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Innovation M Services (Private) Limited is established. The courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have under the law of the country you live in to bring a claim there instead.
