Questions from businesses like yours.
What owners ask before they move a live business onto a new platform.
Do walk-ins need an appointment in IMFlow360?
No. Start a new sale on the till straight away; there's no need to book ahead. The till asks for the client's name and mobile number, an allergy choice and the barber serving them.
Can regular clients book ahead while I still take walk-ins?
Yes. Booked clients and walk-ins share the same IMFlow360 diary: a booking holds its time slot, and walk-ins are fitted in around it.
How are tips split between barbers?
Tips added on the customer display are shared equally among the tip-eligible barbers who served the client, and at the till you can set each barber's share. Every tip is recorded against the barber who received it.
Does IMFlow360 work on a tablet?
Yes. The IMFlow360 till is designed for 11-inch tablets in either orientation and works without internet. A second screen for customers is optional and connects over your shop's network.
Bookings and gaps, by chair
Every column a barber, every block a booking, every gap a walk-in can take. Takings by chair come off the same records.
