Sell online without running a second business.
Online booking and shopping through IMBeautyGlow for beauty and wellness businesses, and table QR ordering for restaurants — fed by the catalogue you already keep, with the same prices, stock and customers.
Online and in-store are one business.
The order does not arrive in a different system that someone has to copy across.
Customers see what’s marked in stock.
Buy or book online, and pay online or at the counter.
Pick, pack, hand over or deliver — from the same order book.
Quantity falls once, wherever the sale happened.
The order joins their profile and their history.
Commerce that reuses what you already run.
No second catalogue, no second stock file, no second customer list.

Do I need a separate website to sell online with IMFlow360?
Not for beauty and wellness businesses: your services, products and prices appear on IMBeautyGlow, the booking and shopping site connected to IMFlow360, using the same catalogue, stock and client records. Restaurants can take orders from a table QR code through their own IMFlow360 customer page.
What happens if an item sells out in the shop while it's in an online basket?
IMBeautyGlow checks stock again at checkout and refuses items marked out of stock, or ordered beyond the stock available, with a clear message. Items in a basket aren't reserved, so keeping your stock up to date in IMFlow360 matters.
Does IMFlow360 support delivery charges and delivery zones?
Not yet online. IMFlow360 has delivery fees, zones and a delivery radius built into the back office, but they aren't connected to IMBeautyGlow's checkout today.
How are online orders paid for?
If you switch on online payment, customers pay the full amount at checkout on IMBeautyGlow through PayFast (cards and wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa), and the paid order is confirmed and sent to your till. Otherwise orders are paid on collection or delivery. Refunds are handled at the counter, not online.
The same sales figures as the counter
An order placed on IMBeautyGlow is a sales order in the same business: it appears in the revenue and order KPIs, the daily trend and the top-selling items alongside what the tills took — scoped to the branch you are looking at, with no second dashboard for "online".
