One booking. Many people, dates and payments.
A bridal job is a trial, a party of eight, a venue, a team and money coming in over months. IMFlow360 holds it as one job instead of six diary entries and a WhatsApp thread.
- Multi-person, multi-date jobs held as one record
- Part payments and a running balance on the job
- On-location jobs with travel and team assignment
From enquiry to the last event.
A booking cycle measured in months, not minutes.
- 1
Enquiry
Dates, party size and venue captured in one place.
- 2
Trial
Looks, products and photos recorded on the job.
- 3
Part paid
Job confirmed, dates held, first payment taken.
- 4
Team
Artists assigned per event, with travel time allowed.
- 5
Deliver
Each event closed off, balance settled, review invited.
Built for jobs, not appointments.
A generic booking system cannot express a wedding, which is why studios end up in spreadsheets.
Multi-event jobs
One job containing several dates, each with its own party size, venue and team.
Part payments and the balance
Take money against the job as it comes in, with the balance still owing on the order. There is no instalment schedule — the dates are yours to agree, not the system's to enforce.
Team assignment
Assign artists per event, check availability across the whole job before confirming.
On-location work
Venue addresses, travel time blocked in the diary and travel charges on the quote.
Looks and product notes
Trial photos, product lists and skin notes carried from the trial to the day.
Job profitability
Revenue against artist hours, travel and product for each job, not just each service.
What stops falling through the cracks.

- Tracked balancesPart payments against the job, with the balance owing
- No double-bookingTeam checked across the whole job

Questions from businesses like yours.
What owners ask before they move a live business onto a new platform.
Can one IMFlow360 booking cover a whole bridal party?
Yes, for one day. A single booking can hold the bride and her whole party, each with their own services, artist and share of the bill. A trial on a different date is a separate booking, because each booking has one date.
Can I see how much I earned from a bridal job?
You can see exactly what each job was billed and which artist did each service, and IMFlow360's Profit and Loss shows your overall margins by branch and month. There's no profit-per-job report yet, because products used aren't counted against each service.
How are advance payments handled for bridal bookings?
Take a deposit on the IMFlow360 till when the booking is made and the balance on the day; both are recorded on the same booking. Online payment through IMBeautyGlow is for the full amount, and online instalment plans aren't available.
Money arriving over months, in one place
Revenue for the period and the tender mix — where the deposit, the balance and the party of eight all land.
