CareHub
Sending a stranger into someone's home is a different business from booking a haircut. CareHub is built around that: providers verified from their documents, a code at the door, every visit recorded even with no signal — and the money and the books in the same IMFlow360 you already run.
From booking to the books
Every step runs through IMFlow360, so the visit, the payment and the ledger are one record.
- 01
Book
The family picks a nurse, physio, doctor or lab test at home.
- 02
Pay
Card online, or cash at check-out. Unpaid online bookings are never sent.
- 03
Offer
Your team offers it to a verified provider: 60 seconds to accept.
- 04
Check in
The family reads the visit code at the door; location is checked.
- 05
Record
Consent, vitals, checklist, photos and notes — with or without signal.
- 06
Summary & books
The family gets a summary; the receipt and ledger post in IMFlow360.
Built for care that happens at home
Two apps and one back office. Families book in CareHub, providers work in CareHub Pro, and your operations team runs dispatch, payments and accounts from the Home Care module in IMFlow360.
Two apps, one back office
CareHub is the family's app: book a nurse, a physiotherapist, a doctor or a lab test at home. CareHub Pro is the provider's app: accept the visit, check in, document it and check out. Both run on the Home Care module in IMFlow360, in English and Urdu.
Verified from documents, not from a checkbox
Providers upload their credentials — CNIC, degree and council registration — and your team approves or rejects each document. Verified is worked out from the approved documents, never ticked by hand, and a licence that expires after approval takes the provider out of dispatch the day it lapses, with "Licence has expired" shown for the renewal chase.
Dispatch from a live board
Your team offers a booked visit to a verified, on-duty provider, who has 60 seconds to accept before it comes back to the board. A declined visit returns too. Each provider's daily maximum counts the visits already finished, so a cap of four means four a day — not four at a time.
A code at the door
The family reads a four-digit visit code to the provider at check-in, and the provider's visit lists never carry the codes in advance. Location is checked too. A poor GPS fix indoors can be explained with a reason, but a wrong code is never excused: it is refused live, and flagged for your team if the check-in was queued with no signal. A check-in claimed as offline that the server can see is live is refused and flagged too.
The visit, recorded step by step
Consent, vitals, checklist, photos and notes. A vitals reading outside its range is flagged to the clinical lead, photos go to private storage through a time-limited upload, and the family receives a summary of the visit.
It keeps recording with no signal
Every visit action is saved on the provider's phone first and sent when the signal returns, when the app is opened and every 30 seconds. Each carries its own key, so a resend can never record it twice, and one stuck visit never holds up another patient's record.
Nothing clinical is ever thrown away
An action the server will never accept — a visit cancelled while the phone was offline — is set aside on the phone, not deleted, and shown on the Sync screen with a prompt to call a supervisor. A server outage never sets anything aside: the record waits on the phone until it can be sent.
Every look at a record is logged
Opening a visit's clinical details writes an access log entry, for staff and providers alike. The provider's day and schedule lists carry no conditions or allergies; those appear only on the visit itself, and only through the logged path.
Paid by card or cash, before anyone is sent
A family pays online by card through PayFast, or in cash settled at check-out. No provider can be offered a visit booked for online payment until it is paid, and an abandoned online checkout expires on its own so it does not hold a slot. The amount always comes from the booking, never from the phone.
Straight into your accounts
A paid visit writes its receipt and posts to the ledger — bank, service revenue and output tax — through the same IMFlow360 accounting path your salon appointments use. No second set of books for the home-care side.
Earnings recorded per visit
At check-out each visit records the provider's share, with the price and percentage fixed at that moment, so a later price change cannot restate what they were told they earned. A replayed check-out never pays twice, and cash the provider collected is tracked against the earning.
Verified from documents, re-checked when they expire
Each document is approved or rejected by a person on your team. Verified is worked out from what was approved — there is no checkbox — and an expired licence takes the provider off the board on its own.

What it does not do
Worth knowing before a demo rather than after one.
- CareHub is in development for a pilot in Lahore. The apps are not on the App Store or Google Play yet.
- The Home Care backend is built; the visit screens in CareHub Pro and the visit tracking and summary screens in CareHub are still being connected to it.
- In the apps, visits are paid in cash for now. Card payment through PayFast is built on the server and not yet in the app; JazzCash and Easypaisa have not been tested end to end.
- Refunds for a cancelled paid visit are made by hand in the PayFast dashboard; there is no automatic refund.
- Provider earnings are recorded per visit, but there are no payout runs yet.
- Dispatch is manual: your team chooses the provider. There is no automatic matching, and there is no live map of the provider on the way.
- A provider who cannot get a GPS fix explains it themselves and your team sees the flag afterwards; there is no live approval step on the board.
- Self-serve sign-up for independent providers and home-care companies is not open yet; pilot providers are onboarded by our team.
Questions people actually ask.
The answers a decision-maker needs before booking a demo.
What is CareHub?
Home healthcare built on IMFlow360. Families book nurses, physiotherapists, doctors and lab tests at home in the CareHub app, verified providers take the visits in CareHub Pro, and your team runs dispatch, payments and accounts from the Home Care module in IMFlow360.
Is CareHub available now?
Not yet. It is in development for a pilot in Lahore and the apps are not in the app stores. The backend is built; the visit screens are being connected to it.
How do you know a provider is qualified?
Each provider uploads their CNIC, degree and council registration, and your team approves or rejects each document. Verified status is worked out from the approved documents, never set by hand, and a licence that expires takes the provider out of dispatch automatically.
How does the family know the right person is at the door?
The family reads a four-digit visit code to the provider at check-in. The provider never sees the code in advance. A wrong code is refused, or flagged for your team if the check-in was made with no signal.
What happens if the provider has no signal in the house?
The visit is still recorded. Every step is saved on the phone first and sent when the signal returns, without ever being recorded twice, and nothing is deleted if the server refuses it.
How do families pay?
In cash at the end of the visit for now. Card payment through PayFast is built on the server and will come to the app; a visit booked for online payment is never sent to a provider until it is paid.
