The business side of an aesthetic clinic.
Rooms and practitioners booked without collisions. Injectables and consumables counted at cost. Courses sold up front and the money recognised properly. The clinical record stays in whatever you keep it in — this runs the business around it.
- A diary that books the room and the practitioner together
- Courses sold as a package and held against the client
- Consumables valued at cost, with a reorder list before you run out
A course of treatment, not a single visit.
The booking has to hold months of visits, not one transaction.
- 1
Book
A first visit booked into a free room with a practitioner.
- 2
Sell
The course paid for up front and held against the client.
- 3
Plan
Each session booked ahead, at the interval the course needs.
- 4
Treat
The room and the practitioner committed together, so neither is double-sold.
- 5
Review
The next session booked before the client leaves the building.
Built around the course, not the visit.
A clinic sells six sessions, not six separate appointments.
Rooms and practitioners, as one booking
A treatment holds the room and the person doing it at the same time, so neither gets sold twice. Equipment shared between rooms stays yours to track.
Allergies on the client record
Allergies and preferences follow the client to every till in the business, including bookings taken online. Free-text typed on one till stays on that device.
Courses sold as packages
A course is a package of sessions with a price and an expiry, bought against the client. It records what was bought — sessions are not counted down at the till, so the balance is the practitioner’s to track.
Who did the work, and what it earned
Every treatment is attributed to the practitioner who performed it, with their takings on the dashboard. Attribution, not commission — there is no commission engine in this product.
Consumables counted at cost
Injectables and consumables valued at what you paid for them, with a reorder list that names the item before you run out of it.
Access control
Permissions are granted per action across the back office. Two limits worth knowing: a business admin sees everything by design, and the till gates sensitive actions behind a shared manager PIN.
What one diary changes.
- Nothing double-soldOne room, one practitioner, one slot
- Course visibilityWhat was bought, on the client record
- Full attributionEvery treatment against the person who did it
- PermissionedAccess granted per action, not per screen
IMFlow360 runs the business side of a clinic — the diary, the stock and the money. It is not a clinical record system and makes no claim to meet any regulator’s standard for one.
Questions from businesses like yours.
What owners ask before they move a live business onto a new platform.
Does IMFlow360 keep clinical records for aesthetic clinics?
No. IMFlow360 runs the business side of an aesthetic clinic — appointments, front desk, checkout, packages and accounts — and keeps each client's contact details, visits, allergies and payments. Clinical notes and treatment records stay in your clinical system.
How are courses of treatment sold in IMFlow360?
Sell a course as a package of sessions at one price with an expiry date. IMFlow360 records the purchase, but it doesn't count down sessions yet, so your team tracks how many are left.
Who owns the client data in IMFlow360?
You do. Your client records belong to your business, aren't shared with other businesses on IMFlow360, and can be exported to Excel or PDF whenever you need them.
