What this notice does not cover

IMFlow360 is software that other businesses run their own operations on. If you are a customer of a shop, restaurant or salon that uses IMFlow360, that business decides what happens to your data — not us — so please ask them. And if you subscribe to IMFlow360 yourself, the data inside your account is governed by your agreement with us, not by this website notice.

1. Who we are

Innovation M Services (Private) Limited trades as IMFlow360 and is responsible for this website and for the information described below.

We are a company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act 2017, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Corporate Universal Identification Number (CUIN) 0160274. Our National Tax Number (NTN) is 8624197, and our registered office is 258 K-3, Wapda Town, Lahore, Pakistan.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form — the one on the Book a Demo page and the one on the Contact page. That is:

• your name and your work email address, which are required;
• your phone number, business name, business type, the package you are interested in, how you would like to pay and your message, all of which are optional — if you arrive from the pricing page, the message box starts with the configuration you chose there, which you can edit or delete before sending;
• which page of this site you submitted the form from.

Nothing else. There is nowhere on this site to enter payment details, and we never ask for them.

Separately, our hosting provider keeps ordinary web-server logs — the requesting IP address, the page requested and the time — which exist so that we can keep the site running and investigate abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you.

3. Cookies, analytics and tracking

We use Google Analytics, a Meta pixel and a TikTok pixel to understand how this website is used — which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. They run only if you press “Accept” on the banner that appears on your first visit. Until you do, none of them is loaded: nothing is sent to Google, Meta or TikTok, and no analytics or advertising cookie is set.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) and sends Google information about your visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. We use those reports in aggregate, to improve the site. Google processes this under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

The same acceptance also loads the Meta pixel (so Meta can measure visits and, where you are logged into Facebook or Instagram, connect a visit to an ad) and the TikTok pixel (the same, for TikTok). Meta sets a cookie named _fbp; TikTok sets one named _ttp. Each company processes that under its own privacy policy — Meta at facebook.com/privacy/policy, TikTok at tiktok.com/legal/page/eea/privacy-policy.

Your choice is remembered in your browser so the banner does not reappear. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; declining after accepting stops all three and removes the cookies they set.

The two typefaces and every image, including the product screenshots, are served from this site. Apart from Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok when you have accepted them, the only other request the site makes is the one that carries your enquiry to our server when you press the button.

We do link out — to our own pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube. Those are ordinary links. Nothing loads from those companies while you are on this site, and they are not told you were here unless you choose to follow one — at which point you are on their site, under their privacy policy rather than ours.

The overview video plays from this website rather than from a video platform, so watching it tells nobody but us — and the file is not fetched at all until you press play.

One thing your browser does tell this site, without being asked: your device’s time zone. We read it once, in your browser, to decide whether to show prices in rupees or dollars. It is not sent anywhere, not stored, and not combined with anything else — we chose it precisely because the alternative, looking your country up by IP address, would mean asking another company about you.

4. What we use it for

One thing: to reply to you and to talk to you about IMFlow360.

Your enquiry is recorded in our own customer records so the conversation is not lost between one email and the next, and a notification is emailed to our team so that somebody picks it up. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, we do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not sell, rent or trade them.

5. Who else sees it

These suppliers handle this information on our behalf, and only for the purposes above:

• Hostinger, which hosts this website and the servers that receive your enquiry;
• Brevo, which delivers the notification email to our team;
• Google, which provides Google Analytics — only if you have accepted analytics cookies (see section 3);
• Meta, which provides the Meta pixel — only if you have accepted those cookies;
• TikTok, which provides the TikTok pixel — only if you have accepted those cookies.

Nobody else, unless the law requires us to disclose something — in which case we will tell you where we are permitted to.

6. How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we reasonably need it: while we are talking to you, and afterwards as a record of who approached us and what was discussed.

If you ask us to erase your details, we will, unless we are required to keep a record — and we will tell you if that is the case.

7. Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask us to erase your details.

Email info@imflow360.com and we will deal with it. You do not have to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.

8. Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and so is the enquiry form. No system is perfectly secure; if something happens that affects your information, we will tell you.

9. Children

This is a website for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Where your information is held, and which law applies

Innovation M Services (Private) Limited is established in Pakistan, and this notice is governed by Pakistani law. Your enquiry is held on servers operated by our hosting provider, and the notification email is delivered by Brevo — so your details may be processed outside the country you are writing from.

If you are writing from somewhere with its own data-protection rules, you keep whatever rights those rules give you. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold and deal with any request as described above.

11. Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. It was last updated on 28 October 2026.
