What is in the monthly figure, what is billed separately, and how the three models compare.
What does the IMFlow360 monthly price include?
The monthly price covers the IMFlow360 software for the package you choose. Setup, onboarding and training, moving your existing data, hardware, delivery, taxes, and third-party or communication charges are billed separately, at the agreed price or actual cost. None of them are hidden inside the monthly fee.
What's the difference between Monthly, Flexible and Revenue-Based pricing?
Monthly is a fixed fee every month. Flexible is a lower fixed fee plus 2% of your monthly sales in IMFlow360. Revenue-Based has no fixed fee: you pay 3% of monthly sales on Starter, 3.5% on Growth, 4% on Premium or 6% on Managed Operations, with a monthly minimum per branch, for approved accounts. Sales here ("Monthly Eligible Revenue") means gross sales minus refunds, cancellations and sales tax; tips aren't counted.
Can each branch be on a different IMFlow360 plan?
Yes. Each branch has its own IMFlow360 subscription and setup, so each can have its own package and pricing option — for example, Starter at one branch and Premium at another.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Pay for a year upfront and you get 12 months for the price of 10. The discount applies to the fixed monthly fee only — not to the sales-based part of Flexible or Revenue-Based pricing, and not to add-ons such as extra tills, users or a customer display.
How does IMFlow360 handle sales tax and FBR?
IMFlow360 calculates sales tax on every sale and shows it in your reports, ready for you or your tax adviser to file. FBR and PRA e-invoicing are in development and will be offered once ready; SRB and KPRA aren't available yet.
How does IMFlow360 help with staff commission?
Every IMFlow360 package includes sales-by-staff reports that show exactly what each person sold and which services they performed, and tips are recorded against each staff member on every order and appointment. Commission can be worked out from one report; automatic commission calculation isn't available yet.
