What IMFlow360 has.
One business operating platform: the counter, the diary, the customer book, stock and purchasing, the rota and payroll, every branch, and a real ledger — written against the same records, on tills that keep working when the internet does not. This page is the map. Each capability below has its own page that says exactly what it does and what it does not.
12 capabilities, four groups, one set of records underneath.

Finance & insight
The ledger, and the two kinds of report that come off the same data.
2 capabilitiesWhat holds it together
Four things that are true of every capability above, each proven on the page it links to.
Tills that keep selling with the internet down
A terminal that has been set up holds the catalogue, taxes, staff and customers in its own database. Several counters find each other over your own network, share the open orders and the trading day, and elect a coordinator between themselves. Records wait on the device and go up when the connection returns; a retry can never duplicate an order.
How the till worksOne data model, not five applications
A customer, a service, a product, a staff member and an account exist once. A booking, a sale, a stock movement, a payroll run and a journal entry are written against those same records, which is why a report can cross from the diary to the drawer to the ledger without an export in between.
The customer recordScope and roles that hold everywhere
Branch scope is enforced by one mechanism every screen uses, not re-implemented per screen. Manager-only actions at the till sit behind a PIN. Accounting screens and actions are named permissions and a per-package entitlement, so an accountant can be given the ledger and nothing else.
How branches are scopedReports that say what they are
Operational figures come from orders and drawers as they sync; financial statements come from the ledger. The platform keeps them apart and tells you which you are reading.
